ssh.place

ssh.place is a software project built with ssh, terminal, collaborative, listed on Viber's Vault, a community directory of vibe-coded and AI-assisted software. It is available at ssh.place.

r/place, but the client is your terminal. Run ssh ssh.place and you land on a shared 200×60 pixel canvas that anyone on the internet is drawing on at the same time. No account, no install, no web page — your existing SSH key is your identity. Move with arrow keys, WASD or HJKL, pick a colour with the number keys, and hit space to place a block. There is a 15-second cooldown per placement, tied to your key so reconnecting will not reset it. Free, open source, and pleasingly hostile to text.
